RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing C&C Shipping Containers for your shipping container needs. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the size of our products, all sales of shipping containers are considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will review return requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The container delivered is not as described in the purchase agreement.
  • The container has structural defects that significantly impact its functionality.
  • The container received is different from what was ordered.

To request a return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at contact@ccshippingcontainers.store. You must provide photos and detailed descriptions of the issue.

If your return request is approved, the container must be returned in its original condition and location of delivery unless otherwise arranged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The return request has been approved by our team.
  • The container is deemed unfit for use due to manufacturer defects.
  • The wrong container was delivered, and a replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of return acceptance. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations

Order cancellations may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be provided.
  • If the order is canceled after dispatch but before delivery, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply.
  • Once delivered, the order cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under the terms mentioned above.

4. Damaged or Defective Containers

If you receive a damaged or defective container, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Exceptions

The following conditions are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Containers that have been modified after delivery.
  • Containers that have been used for storage or transport after delivery.
  • Minor cosmetic damage that does not impact functionality.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
